2. Use of Website

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal permission from a parent or guardian to use this website. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving:

• artwork
• spelling
• colors
• sizes
• quantities
• print locations

Once approval is provided and production begins, Be Proud Line is not responsible for customer-approved errors.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Prices may change without notice.

Full payment or a deposit may be required before production begins.

We currently accept:

• E-Transfer
• Credit Card
• Shopify Payments

Orders will not begin production until payment has been received.

5. Production & Turnaround Times

Production and shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on:

• product availability
• supplier delays
• shipping carrier delays
• holidays
• order volume

Be Proud Line is not responsible for delays outside of our control.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within Canada only.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Be Proud Line is not responsible for:

• lost or stolen packages
• shipping carrier delays
• incorrect shipping addresses submitted by customers

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• incorrect size selection
• customer-approved artwork errors
• change of mind

If there is a production or printing issue caused by us, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will review the issue for a possible replacement.

8. Product Colors & Mockups

Actual garment colors and print placements may vary slightly due to:

• screen settings
• lighting
• garment materials
• production processes

Digital mockups are for preview purposes only and final products may vary slightly.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, graphics, images, and branding on Be Proud Line are the property of Be Proud Line and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

10. Customer Artwork & Content

By submitting logos, artwork, designs, or other content to Be Proud Line, you confirm that you have the legal right to use and reproduce that content.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring submitted artwork does not violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws.

Be Proud Line is not liable for customer-submitted content.

11. Limitation of Liability

Be Proud Line shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

13. Changes to Terms

Be Proud Line reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the website.
