At Be Proud Line, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the custom nature of our products, please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We do not accept returns for:

  • incorrect size selection
  • customer-approved artwork errors
  • change of mind
  • custom or personalized products

All sales are final unless there was a production or printing issue caused by us.

Refunds 

We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

If there is a manufacturing, printing, or production mistake on our end, we will review the issue and provide a replacement if approved.

Replacements

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

To request a replacement, please include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • photos of the product if applicable

Approved replacement orders will be produced and shipped at no additional cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Be Proud Line is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers will need to place a new order if a shipment is lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
